This course will be in the form of a panel discussion on the broad range of property types and short-term rental services. Hear how these short-term rental operators have developed a niche for their markets. Learn how to shape your property identity or create a vision for a prospective investment.
Our panel will discuss themes for three types of properties:
- Multifamily properties (ex: short-term rental motel)
- Corporate stay rentals
- High end properties with concierge-type services
