• What properties qualify for short-term rental financing and which ones don’t
• Which borrowers qualify for short-term rental financing and which ones don’t
• The investor’s income calculation versus the lender’s income calculation—why are they different
• What loan amounts, loan-to-value, interest rates, and terms are available to finance these properties
• The five main requirements for short-term rental financing
