Non-Members: Before You BUY—Will Your Numbers Work?

All investing can be risky, but how do you stack the deck in your favor. You must know your numbers. It is crucial that in any real estate investment you know your numbers. Short-term rentals can make huge profits but only if you understand your numbers.

Short-term rentals can be very confusing if you don’t know where to start analyzing. In this course you will learn how to analyze a short-term rental from beginning to end. This includes understanding seasonality, cashflow, and costs that you may not have thought of. Not only will you see examples of properties analyzed, but we will also do in class examples of properties that are currently on the market.

You will be expected to be an active participant. Please bring a computer with you for this class. This class will be interactive with live practice with Jeremy Garcia.
